Cleaner's Fee for regular visitis ..............................£16.50 per hour (Weekly or fortnightly cleans)

Payment & Invoicing
Once your pixie has completed their magical duties, please settle payment with them directly via your preferred method (cash, BACS, etc.)

Agency fees are invoiced separately at the end of each month and will arrive via email through PayPal (don’t worry — you won't need a PayPal account to make payment, you can simply check out as a guest). We kindly ask that payments be made promptly within 48 hours. If there is anything looks unusual on your invoice, please let us know right away so we can sort it for you.

If you need to cancel or postpone a cleaning session, please give your pixie at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made without due notice will incur a £16.50 late cancellation fee (every penny goes straight to your hardworking pixie).
That said, your pixie may, at their discretion, agree to reschedule the visit free of charge — but only if it can be tucked neatly into the same working week.

Our minimum booking is two hours per pixie per clean

Cleaning sessions can be booked between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m.

For visits that fall on Sundays, bank holidays or festive days we apply our one-off rates (yes, even pixies like a little extra cheer).
